Refund Policy

World football Group Refund Policy

The following policy outlines the circumstances in which a refund may or may not be provided for participation in the World Football Group Program.

Academy Training

  • *Each participant is required to make the registration payment prior to training session commencement.
  • *If a player cannot attend training due to sickness they must notify at least 4 hours prior to session
  • *If a player is absent due to other commitments player must notify 24 hours prior to session to receive a credit

Released Player

Should a participant be released by World Football Group prior to the completion of the Academy program, they will be entitled to a refund. The total cost for the Academy program will be split across each training session, and the remaining sessions will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee.

Payments for single sessions will not be refunded.

Departing Player

A player wishing to depart from World Football Group must do so through a written request to the Head of Football email at info@worldfootballgroup.com.au

Games and Events

*This covers Games and other football events run and/or organised by World Football Group

Written Notice of withdrawal from a Game or Event must be provided within a certain period for a refund to be considered:

  • 5 Days before commencement date – Full Refund less 10% administration fee
  • 1 day before commencement date – 50% Refund
  • If Tournament commences – No Refund

Extenuating Circumstances

Weather Impact

In the circumstances where weather has resulted in the full cancellation training session, game or event, a credit or a full refund will be considered.

Program Cancellation

In the circumstance where an entire World Football Grouo training session, game or event is cancelled (not rescheduled) a full refund can be provided. If a participant would like a refund rather than allocate their payment as a credit to a future program, please Notify World Football Group staff.
